1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCSU) govern the online sale of personalized decorative items on our website. Each product is manufactured on demand via a Print on Demand (POD) provider, based on exclusive and unique designs.
2. Print on Demand provider
All products offered on this site are manufactured and shipped by an external service provider specialized in POD. This model guarantees tailor-made items for every order. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the service provider's workload.
3. Intellectual property rights
All designs are created by MZelle Design. These designs are protected by intellectual property rights, and deposited on the blockchain to guarantee their traceability and protection. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the designs without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
. Prices and VAT
The prices indicated on our site are exclusive of VAT, in accordance with the auto-entrepreneur system. VAT is not applicable and will not be charged on orders.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are final upon validation and payment by the customer via the payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
6. Delivery
Free delivery in Europe (including the UK) for orders over €30.
Delivery times may vary according to geographical zones and POD's manufacturing lead times. You will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, no returns are accepted for errors in sizing or personal preference, as each item is produced to order.
Returns accepted only for damaged or mislabeled products (e.g. wrong size received, incorrect design).
If a product arrives damaged or does not correspond to the order, you must contact us within 14 days with proof (photos) to arrange a refund or replacement.
8. Limitation of liability
We cannot be held responsible for production or delivery delays caused by the POD service provider. Our responsibility is limited to managing the order until it is sent to the service provider. Products are the responsibility of the service provider as soon as they are dispatched.
9. Modification of the GTC
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new conditions will be applied to all orders placed after the update.
10. Applicable law
These GCSU are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
